This week, using the letters in your name (real or screen name), list places that you've been to. Be creative! Have fun! =)
S - St Augustine, Florida, way back in 1983!
H - Holton, Mi. - 5,000 times!
A - Ann Arbor. I used to go to the Mid-west Music conference every year.
R - Reiki lady. Very relaxing!
L - Ludington, which was our former summer hangout.
E - East Lansing, home of MSU, many times, but where G competed in the MMTA State finals
N - Northern Mi., which has lots of great places to see!
E - East Jordan, which is a little town up north where I performed in a concert.

Greetings, all! I am in day 2 of a lovely 4 day weekend. Yesterday I did some cleaning and had a couple over for dinner that we haven't gotten together with for a while. My hair lady of 25+ years also squeezed me in for an appointment in the afternoon. I had been scheduled on Tuesday and when I got there, I found out she had had some surgery. She had a spot of non-basal call skin cancer removed. She's supposed o be taking it easy, but she took me at the end of her short shift Friday. She's doing fine, but she has been alerted to the potential dangers of overexposure to the sun. She's one of those people who tans easily, so she doesn't think about sunscreen. She does now. Be warned!!

I'm doing my laundry today, which is usually my Sunday thing, but Kev and I are going over to see Mom and Dad. Mom sounds like she's in good spirits. We're looking forward to the visit. Kevin and Dad like to compare notes on their mutual computer hobby. Pretty much, the only topic we need to stay away from is politics, and that's easy to do!

I'm involved with MCC's play now as well. They're doing "Joseph" this year, so L decided she would rather be in the pit. Geoff is in too, so we will have 3 B's involved! It'll be fun playing in a group with both of my kids!

Bug, it sounds like we would have lots to talk about. I might have to give some serious thought to going over to visit. How do you think the drive would be? More later, everyone!!

Ok, I thought we'd do something a little different this week. Are you up for it?? First of all, choose a letter of the alphabet. Now, choose a number 1-10............................Got a letter? Got a number? Here's this week's challenge:Using the letter you chose, write down _____ (number you chose) things that describe the current season where you live. (You don't necessarily have to begin each word with the letter you chose.) Also, if you chose a low number and would like to choose a higher one, feel free! =)
The Season Where I Live is snowy, slippery, shivery, and when inside it makes you want to snuggle and sip something simmered and sweet - shocolate!!

Greetings! Well, I am just about over "the sickness." It took about a week for it to run its course. Well, now it's time for MM:Sunday, January 30, 2005
The following questions are compliments of Elena......Thanks, Elena!! =) Hope everyone will have a wonderful week!DVD's1. Are you more likely to rent or buy DVD's (VHS's)? Why?2. If you rent DVD's, do you bother viewing the 'Behind the Scenes' or watching the entire movie again with commentary on?3. Do you think these features warrant the extra cost for DVD? (Afterall, we were able to buy new release VHS for $9.99 prior to DVD).4. What's your favorite DVD (or VHS) in:*Drama*Comedy*Action*Suspense/Thriller*Horror
1. I would be more willing to rent, but I rarelt do. My hubby has ADD an doesn't do movies well. I occasionally rent w/ my daughter. She buys though, because she likes to see a movie she enjoys A TON of times! There I so many films I'd want to see that if I had the time I wouldn't want to spent it watching the same one over.
2. Neither. I just watch the basic movie.
3. It's a moot point, since i don't usually buy them.
4. Favorite Drama - Music of the Heart
Favorite Comedy - Mirror has 2 faces, Young Frankenstein, Monty Python History of the World part 1.
Action film - true lies
Suspense - North by Northwest at the top of a list of almost any Hitchcock film
Horror - Horror films are yucky!
