Since in this part of the world, we are in the midst of changing seasons, I was inspired to ask the following.......Using the letters in the word 'AUTUMN' describe your favorite season.

All the leaves start looking pretty.
Usually the cool air is filled with the Unbelieveable smell of changing leaves
Trumpets, twirlers, and other tooters fill the football stadiums at half time
UV rays don't feel as intense and the sky takes on a paler quality
My favorite season is of course, Autumn
Now the waves are more serious on the big lake, and the water looks darker.

Greetings! Sorry for the long delay. It's been a hectic couple of weeks. I actually got the MM questions from 2 weeks ago copied, but never got a chance to answer and post them. I've had football games 3 weeks in a row and I'm also in the midst of beginning band recruitment and preparing audition materials for our musical, which we will be doing in December this year. It's called "Bah Humbug!" Its an adaptation of the Dickens "Christmas Carol." I've got a wedding to play this afternoon and a Marching Band show to attend this evening, so. . .

We've been really enjoying our visits with Mom and Dad. We've gone up the last 2 weekends. The weather hasn't been great, but the company has been. Kevin and Dad are really "bonding" with all of their computer business! Ralph's travel experience continues to be "dicey." I think I should ask the vet about doggy dramamine! It's either that or resigning myself to a plastic covered back seat for a long time.

The kids continue to work hard at school. Geoff has a concert coming up and we'll probably go over to hear it. Lisa has a big solo spot on mallet percussion in her band show. She's been working hard to get comfortable playing it. I looking forward to seeing it tonight.

Well, the coffee's done. I'll blog more later!
